The World Class AI Coach is anything BUT static. It is far superior to any static training plan, as it adapts dynamically to your input: from daily feedback, to your availability to your workout or health data.
How often does my training plan refresh and adapt?
Your World Class AI Coach training plan adapts to your input. Change your availability, submit your daily feedback or upload a fresh set of workout data. If the ai detects relevant information it will adapt instantly and deliver a new plan. All updates are illustrated in the AI Coach section of your MATS profile.
What is the most cost effective way to enjoy the World Class AI Coach?
We have two subscription plans for the World Class AI Coach.
The monthly subscription allows you to cancel with every end of the month for 39€/month.
The annual subscription provides you with a 25% discount and guarantees access to your AI Coach for full 12 months for only 29€/month.
